Sporting success at Universiade 2011

Student athletes of City University of Hong Kong have once again demonstrated their strengths in sports. At the 26th Shenzhen Summer Universiade 2011, Leung Ki-ho and Yip Siu-keung, Year 2 and Year 3 students from the Department of Asian and International Studies, were part of the men’s 4 x 100m relay team that won the bronze medal. In addition, Chan Ho-yee, a graduate from the Department of Management, and Poon Pak-yan, a Year 2 student from the Community College of City University, helped break Hong Kong’s record in the women’s 4 x 100m relay.
