CityU’s first social enterprise bazaar opens for business

The first ever social enterprise bazaar organised by City University of Hong Kong (CityU) opens today on campus.
The 24 stalls in the James Liu Multi-Purpose Room at the Amenities Building will sell clothes, crafts, beauty products, various kinds of foods and snacks and much more. Visitors are welcome to show their support for local caring businesses while enjoying some shopping fun ahead of the Chinese New Year in February.
The festive event was kicked off by Professor Arthur Ellis, Provost of CityU, who was joined by Professor Peter Dorhout, Dean of College of Arts and Sciences of Kansas State University, Mr Jimmy Kwok Chun-wah, Chairman of the Sham Shui Po District Council, and Professor Linda Wong Lai Yeuk-lin, Director of Project Flame of CityU.
The bazaar, Social Enterprise New Year Festival @ CityU 2013, is a two-day event (28–29 January) created by Project Flame.​
