Annual EMBA dinner celebrates achievements

About 150 alumni and students from the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Association at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) enjoyed a delightful evening at the annual dinner on 25 April.

The theme for the evening was “Life as Play vs Play as Life”, and the highlight was the speech delivered by the guest of honour, Mr Michael Hui Koon-man (top right), the acclaimed Hong Kong actor, comedian and filmmaker.

Guests attending the dinner included Mr Herman Hu Shao-ming (top left), Council Chairman, Professor Horace Ip Ho-shing, Vice-President (Student Affairs), Mr Sunny Lee Wai-kwong, Vice-President (Administration), Ms Kathy Chan Yin-ling, Associate Vice-President (Alumni Relations), Dr Hao Gang, Associate Vice-President (Development), and Dr John Leung Wai-keung, Director of the EMBA programme.

The welcome speech was delivered by Ms Alvine Suen Yee-ming, Chair of the EMBA Association.

The annual dinner, held every year since 2003, gives participants a chance to network with alumni from different cohorts and update themselves about their alma mater.
